The Lone Bellow are an earthy Americana trio out of Brooklyn, NY. And what they cultivated here is a video filled with the kind of dancing I feel like a lot of people actually do. I feel like this is the kind of dancing, in fact, maybe I could actually bust out. The unvarnished, uninhibited, sometimes uncoordinated, and irresistibly upbeat stomping done here is by actor Mark Menchaca (of Ozark, among others).

Watch it, and just try not to feel happy.
